PLEASE NOTE : The dress only goes on up the legs and arms in, it will not go over the head due to its fitted nature.

The lace used in the bodice is very soft and lined at the front with stretch jersey cotton, making it comfortable against the skin. The full tulle skirt is every little girls dream; perfect for twirls, turns and curtsies. The tulle skirt is lined with cotton and has an elastic waist.
