Reserve

Reserve your outfit for either 5,10 or 15 days, we recommend you reserve your outfit 1-2 days before your special event to allow for time to check the outfit fits and accessorise

Share your outfit and tag us - we love to see your outfits!

Return

Return your outfit using the prepaid label in your package, don’t worry about dry cleaning - we take care of that
Outfit damages or issues

What if my child gets the outfit dirty?

We understand children will make a mess, don’t worry we professionally dry clean every outfit and will fix minor wear and tear i.e. missing buttons, small tears, small stains.

What if my child tears the outfit or there is a major issue?

If you email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk and tell us as early as possible we can work with you to sort it out at the lowest possible cost, we want to try and minimise issues! We will either charge you for any costs fixing the dress or a replacement dress if the dress is beyond repair, don’t worry this is very rare.

What if the outfit gets lost in the post on the way to me?

We will send another dress as soon as possible if the dress is lost in the post or provide a refund, don’t worry this hardly ever happens, whichever you’d prefer.

Exchange Outfit

What if the outfit doesn’t fit?

If you can email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk to let us know and return the outfit on the day it was received we can send you another outfit. Or if you’d like a refund please return the outfit and once we’ve checked the outfit is in good condition we will provide a refund.

What if I’m not happy with the outfit?

Please email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk to let us know, then if you return the outfit on the day you received it we will provide another outfit for no extra charge.

Return Outfit

Do I have to pay to return the outfit?

Returning is free – just return the package on the last day of your rental using the pre-paid label

When do I have to return my outfit if I select a 5 day rental?

Please return the rental on the day it is due to end using the pre-paid label

What if my outfit is returned late because of strikes or postal issues?

As long as you return the outfit on the last day of your rental with the return label then you have no concerns!

Do I return the outfit in the box you sent me?

Yes please return the outfit in the cloth dusty bag that your outfit is included in, then please use the original rainbow bag if possible to reduce waste.

What happens if I return my dress late?

You will be charged £10 a day for each day the outfit is late, we will email you notifying you of this.

What if my return date falls on a bank holiday or Sunday?

If your rental ends on a Sunday or bank holiday please return the next possible day

Rental timeline

When will my outfit arrive if I select a 5 day rental? How long before my event?

Your rental will start on the day you selected, we recommend you select the rental to start a couple of days ahead of the event to allow time for trying on the outfit and accessories.

When do I have to return my outfit?

Please return the outfit on the day the rental finishes using the pre-paid return label in your package, if the rental finishes on a Sunday or Bank Holiday please return the outfit on the next available day.

How do I extend my rental?

If you’d like to extend the rental just email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk, then if the outfit is available we will charge the difference from the current rental period to a higher rental period i.e. 5 to 10 day rental. If the outfit is not available we will let you know too.

Cancel rental, get a refund or send feedback

How do I cancel an outfit rental?

You can cancel an order for a 100% refund for up to 14 days before the start date of the rental, you can cancel the order up to 50% of the refund for up to 7 days before the start date of the rental. Then rental can’t be cancelled up to the 7 days before the rental.

What if I'm not happy and I want a refund?

Please email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk to submit a complaint or request for refund, we will contact you to respond to a claim or process a refund after your claim is reviewed, we aim to review claims within 7 days to keep you updated as much as possible.

How do I provide feedback?

Please email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk with your comments, we would love to hear all feedback – positive and anything to improve.

Discounts or custom orders

What if the outfit I want isn’t available?

If the outfit you want isn’t available then please email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk and we can potentially order the outfit for you – just let us know

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, if you can’t see an outfit you want to rent and you have one in mind please email us at contactus@magicrunway.co.uk and we can order an outfit for you if it’s from one of our current designers, we want to hear from you.
